Survey Revealed Workers says 'NO' To Open Plan Spaces


According to 1060 office workers, modern open plan offices are missing places for quietness and concentration. Moreover, the research has revealed that employees feel a negatively increased levels of competition between staff which is a consequence of a hostile working environment.


Key factors found:
- More than a half of workers who were surveyed prefer to work is separate offices (54%)
- Nearly 38% said they would find it more easier to concentrate and improve their work in private office
- 65% said the lack of natural lighting is one of the factor that negatively affect their mood at work
- A poor computer or a laptop was ranked highest as the most frustrating equipment that has a significant impact on work morale
