Natural features with metals is a perfect combination to create a classic style
According to Kristina Carpenter, Metricon interior designer, it is really easy to design your homes and create a style that you love even on a tight budget.

Using a fresh coat of paint can help you to change the interiors easily as it will change the feel of your room entirely.

If you are not keen on painting your walls, you can always consider changing decorations, including cushions and pictures that can reflect your personality.

If you want to make slight changes and keep the room style classic, it is advised to keep the colour of hard surfaces neutral - especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

You also need to stay consistent with your ideas in order to avoid making your room design incohesive. Try to carry out same colour throughout the rooms as it will help you to execute the style you want a lot easier.

Whenever you want to highlight some details in your room it is best to use bright colours. Monochrome tones and natural features is a great combination with subtle neon and pastel colours.

The use of black or dark grey and brown as a wall paint colour can be one of the best options if you want to add a sense of depth. However, it is important to balance it with the colour shades of your furniture and decorations in the room.

Another option to create a trendy design in your room is to have furnishings that contain the natural elements and metallic features.

Key details to finish your room interiors are feature lighting, ornate accessories and decorative vases.
